Mixed sound journey

An ambient set built and recorded in advance by Amaury, played throughout the session.

Guided breathwork

A few minutes of breathing at the start of the session to settle the body and enter into listening.

Headphones or audiophile sound system

Your choice: premium headphones for an intimate immersion, or an audiophile sound system suited to the space, for sound that fills the room.

Dedicated space

Memory-foam massage table, soft lighting, hushed atmosphere. You stay dressed.
