The Mon Calme break

In practice

What your teams experience

Sound

Ambient sound journeys composed by Amaury, DJ and artist. The music is the experience, not background noise.

Breath

A few minutes of guided breathing to settle the body and start listening.

Scents

Essential oils and guided olfaction accompany the sound journey.

Touch

Always optional. Everyone stays fully clothed, and the experience can be lived entirely without contact.
