Sound massage

How an electronic sound massage works at Mon Calme: the sound journey, breathwork, optional touch, and what sets the experience apart from a classic massage.

What is an electronic sound massage?

Mon Calme is not a classic massage with music playing in the background. It's the reverse: the music is the experience, touch is an option to go further. Every session is built around a sound journey — an ambient set composed and recorded in advance by Amaury — played throughout the session, through headphones or the Harman Kardon Luna speaker.

The session takes place in a dedicated space: a memory-foam massage table, soft lighting, a hushed atmosphere. You stay dressed from start to finish.

How a session unfolds

Every session opens with a few minutes of guided breathwork, to settle the body and enter into listening. The composed sound journey then unfolds, with or without touch depending on the formula chosen.

Two touch options can be added: intuitive touch, enveloping bodywork over broader areas to anchor the music in the body, or energy work, a gentle approach through tension points, with no deep pressure. A scent journey (essential oils, incense, guided scent work) and a blackout mask for total visual isolation can also be included.

Is the music mixed live?

By default, the sound journey is a set composed and recorded in advance. The "Semi-improvised live set" option goes further: Amaury modifies and remixes the set live on the decks, in response to the person's energy during the session. Touch remains possible, punctual, between manipulations.

Four sound journeys, each with its own duration and price

From 17 to 54 minutes, each sound journey has its own colour: from Dôme, angelic and jazzy, to the signature Mon Calme, originally composed in Imsouane on the Moroccan coast. Full durations, prices and descriptions for each sound journey are available directly in the booking configurator.

How is it different from a classic massage?

In a classic massage, music accompanies the touch. At Mon Calme, it's the reverse: the sound journey is the thread running through the session, and touch — intuitive or energy work — is added as an option to anchor the music in the body.
