Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about Mon Calme's electronic sound massage, its practice and its location in Montmartre.

What is Mon Calme?

Mon Calme is an electronic sound massage practice created by Amaury, DJ and ambient artist, in Montmartre, Paris 18th. Every session combines a composed sound journey, guided breathwork and optional touch.

What is a sound massage?

An electronic sound massage reverses the logic of a classic massage: the music — a composed or live-mixed sound journey — is the heart of the experience, and touch (intuitive or energy work) is an option to anchor it in the body.

Where can I get a sound massage in Paris?

Mon Calme offers sound massages in Montmartre, Paris 18th: at the cabin on Fridays (21 rue Véron), or at your home Monday to Thursday, Paris only.

How does a Mon Calme session unfold?

The session opens with a few minutes of guided breathwork, then continues with the chosen sound journey, played through headphones or the Harman Kardon Luna speaker. Touch, scent journey and blackout mask are customizable options.

What's the difference between the session lengths?

Four sound journeys are available: Dôme (17 min, 20€, angelic and jazzy), Tendre Distance (24 min, 35€, crystalline and intimate), Bugatti (25 min, 40€, vibrant and organic) and Mon Calme, the signature session (54 min, 70€), originally composed in Imsouane, Morocco.

Where is Mon Calme located?

The cabin is at 21 rue Véron, 75018 Paris, between rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses (metro Blanche line 2, Abbesses line 12), open on Fridays. Monday to Thursday, Amaury travels to your home in Paris.

Is the music mixed live?

By default, the sound journey is a set composed and recorded in advance. The "Semi-improvised live set" option (+20€) lets Amaury remix the set live on the decks, in response to the person's energy during the session.

Is this suitable for someone who just wants to relax?

The experience is built around relaxation and release — the promise behind the signature line "Breathe. Release. Return." — with a dedicated space, soft lighting and guided breathwork opening every session.
